I had a terrible experience with the Fire TV Stick 4K. It arrived broken, and dealing with Amazon’s customer service was a nightmare. The audio kept cutting out, and I tried everything to fix it, including a software restore and different TVs. Amazon’s chat support was utterly unhelpful, giving me repetitive instructions I had already followed. They also claimed I didn’t have a card on file, which was untrue. After hours of frustration and multiple transfers, I gave up. My brand new Fire TV Stick 4K ended up in the trash, and I won’t be buying another Fire TV product. I’m switching to Google’s Android TV instead.

This device is easy to set up and use, even turning the TV on and off and adjusting the volume. It saved us from having to replace the remote control and allowed us to recycle the TV into a useful kitchen TV. I’m very happy with it.
